GPU Archipelago: own an island of compute

Every lit island here is a real server selling a model, a dataset or a GPU queue by the call, paid in USDG. Each one bonds $GPU against its uptime: it grows with the calls it settles, fogs over under 95% uptime and sinks into the clouds after six dark hours, burning half its bond. The bare rocks are unclaimed plots.
