Roles
- The keeper posts probe hours, raises house islands and closes continent jobs. It cannot move USDG or change parameters, and it never calls burnBuy.
- The timelock is the only admin, and every change it makes waits 48 hours in a public queue.
- The deployer wires the token and the burn route once after launch, then seals the contracts.
Verifying
Settlements emit Receipt(island, job, from, value, share, request). Hours emit HourPosted(hour, root, islands) and Hour(id, lit, uptime, status, host) per island. Burns emit Burned(id, amount, sink) and BurnBuy(caller, usdgIn, ethIn, burned, tip). Every counter on the site is a sum of these.
